I have a question about using both of these in game play. Does the Stalin Doctrine supersede the S/J Pact or vice versa? I know you can land plains and such in Russia as US but is that not until the Stalin Doctrine is fulfilled? Basically, Allies can't land in Russia until they are in the Yellow (Dysfunctional Infrastructure) on the morale board and then are still part of the R/J Pact. Or can they still land?

We are updating the Pact and the Stalin Doctrine for the 2nd edition. But they act independently. Allies can't land in original Soviet territories while the Stalin Doctrine is in effect. We've changed it to last until the USSR is in the Red Zone.
