Oh Canada!! There have been reports of confusing tracking info in which shipments are stuck in "label created" stage. This is most likely due to the way QML handles the Canada shipments, in that they freight everything up to Canada first, and then once arrived they finally enter the Fedex system properly. That is my understanding. I will update with more info as I hear it.
Missing packages even tho fedex says delivered? Look around as they toss them anywhere. Then try both of these ASAP.

Damaged packages? Factory pack errors (missing components after opening game)?

Missing tracking#? Possible reasons you don't have a tracking #:
1- spam or promo folder
2- sent to an email you forgot that was attached to the order
3- you changed your address after May 1st
4 - you didn't order until after May 1st
5 - you didn't provide an email when you ordered
6 - you didn't complete the survey
7 - something screwy is going on, better email us at warroombulletin@gmail.com
The 2nd wave of shipments (which include such cases described above) should start in October.
